Have your say on the Enterprise Agreement

Our current Enterprise Agreement, which sets out the working conditions, rights, and obligations of the University and its professional staff, will expire on June 1 2026. The CPSU NSW will be negotiating with the university to protect and improve professional staff working conditions through a new Agreement.

We invite you to join your CPSU NSW delegates at a listening and share what you think should be prioritised in Enterprise Agreement bargaining.

What is a listening?

A listening is an informal session where you can meet with your delegates and CPSU NSW industrial staff to discuss ideas for improving the conditions covered by the Enterprise Agreement. We’ll listen to your feedback and use it to help develop a Log of Claims to present to the university in the coming months.

Do I need to attend a specific listening?

No. You are welcome to attend whichever listening best fits your schedule. For convenience, we’ve noted which work areas may find each location most accessible.

What if I can’t attend?

If you’re unable to attend any of the scheduled listenings, please get in touch with any of the delegates listed at the end of this bulletin. If there’s enough interest, we will aim to schedule additional sessions.

Listening dates and locations

You’re welcome to bring along non-members, attend more than one session, and join at any location. Multiple dates and locations are available to make it easier for everyone to take part.
