This week, the CPSU NSW was notified that Serco seeks to commence bargaining for the next Serco Clarence Correctional Supervisors’ Enterprise Agreement. The current agreement expires 31 March 2026.
The CPSU NSW values your views and have established several ways to consult with our members on what you’d like to see in the next enterprise agreement.
CPSU NSW Industrial staff will be onsite next Wednesday, 4 February for our bi-monthly Delegates’ Consultative Committee (DCC). We have arranged with Serco to provide us with a time to meet with Supervisors onsite.
Come and meet with us at 11:00am in the Boardroom, Serco has agreed to relieve you from your duties at that time. We will also attend the lunchroom after our meeting.
See this link to a survey requesting your views on the next Enterprise Agreement.
Delegate Keri Parbery will be joined by Jason Vilder and Sarah Rediger as your representatives on the bargaining team. The CPSU NSW encourages our members to talk to your representatives about what you would like in your Enterprise Agreement.
Our first bargaining meeting with Serco will be on the 11 February 2026, where we will submit our Log of Claims. Therefore it is important we have your views by Friday 6 February.
