The CPSU NSW has been contacted by Northcott regarding their response to the latest NDIS Review and the Disability Royal Commission. Following this review Northcott has been evaluating its Support Coordination service.
The review outlines the need to separate Support Coordination from other services offered by Northcott. This is because the NDIS also plans to integrate Support Coordination into the new Navigator service.
Northcott has advised the CPSU NSW that it is nonetheless committed to preserving employment conditions for its Support Coordination staff as far as possible.
As such, Northcott is in discussions with Allinto, a specialist not-for-profit provider interested in employing staff affected by the change.
