Your union is aware of the release of the Operating Model Change Proposal yesterday, amounting to a total net reduction of 209.9 FTE roles, or 251 positions, being cut across 15 divisional/functional areas.

Consultation on the change proposal will run for six weeks and closes at 5:00pm on Thursday 4 December 2025. If members have feedback on the proposals that they would like the CPSU NSW to submit, de-identified, on their behalf, please send this to quoting reference number C10001203 by close of business Tuesday December 2.
