The CPSU NSW is holding a one-day Role of the Delegate training session for university members and delegates. It will be held at PSA House on Thursday 20 July 2023 and you are invited to attend!
This course discusses the role of the delegate and is for any member who wants to play an active part in their union. It covers: what delegates do, delegate protections, organising skills, recruitment, working with issues, union values, and how to get more involved and encourage others to be more involved.
As numbers are limited, we encourage you to apply by 12:00pm on the 7 July 2023 by emailing and stating in the subject line Role of the Delegate University 20 July 2023.
When you have emailed and are accepted, CPSU NSW will send a letter of release to your employer under your relevant Enterprise Agreement. You will also receive a calendar invite confirming your enrollment.
Lunch will be provided on the day.
