TAFE NSW Enterprise Agreement 2022 Survey


The TAFE Commission of NSW Administrative, Support and Related Employees Enterprise Agreement 2019 expires on 18 September 2022, which means bargaining will commence very shortly. Negotiations will commence after TAFE NSW issues the Notice of Representational Rights.

The CPSU NSW will shortly approach TAFE NSW and suggest we commence negotiations for the new Agreement, but in the meantime, it is important that CPSU NSW members have their say with respect to their Agreement. Your responses to our survey will form the basis of the log of claims that will be tabled during our first bargaining meeting with TAFE NSW when we commence negotiations.

It is important that all CPSU NSW members have their say about the Agreement and what changes you would like to see made to the Enterprise Agreement.
