Members who expressed an interest in a VR have raised concerns that they are now deemed “excess employees”. This is despite the fact at no time in the process were they advised that by expressing an interest they would be deemed “excess”.
The CPSU NSW is seeking a meeting with management in order to discuss and clarify issues with the VR program, and aims to report back to members early next week.
Until the issue is clarified, members should not accept the redundancy offer.
