TAFE NSW: PY Form assistance

PY Form – Nov 2020 (PDF version)

Part-year staff should have received an email from TAFE NSW asking them to complete the new “Master Part Year Employment Form” (PY Form) for 2021. This is intended to record employee working periods, work schedule and annual leave hours and weeks.

The CPSU NSW has received a number of queries regarding whether the new PY Form prohibits or otherwise limits the ability of staff to carry over annual leave into a subsequent year or years.

Despite the introduction of the PY Form, part-year staff still able to defer their annual leave to subsequent years by agreement. Nothing has changed in this regard.

If you face any difficulty with deferring your leave or any other queries regarding the PY Form, please contact your local CPSU NSW delegate on 1300 772 679.
