Aware Super: Restructure update

Last week, the CPSU NSW and Aware Super met in relation to the ongoing restructure within the organisation. At last week’s meeting, Aware advised the CPSU NSW that:

• within the Member Engagement, Education & Advice Division, Aware have proposed to reduce the total full time (FTE) equivalent by 4;
• within the Chief Operating Officer Division, Aware have proposed a total FTE reduction of 13;
• within the Member Growth Division, Aware have proposed a total FTE reduction of 4.

Members are encouraged to provide feedback on the changes proposed by Aware through the Union. Aware must genuinely consider all feedback present to them. The Union’s feedback will be on behalf of members at large and no individual members will be identified.
