CPSU NSW has received notification from Coal Services Pty Ltd of their intension to begin the next round of negotiations. The CPSU NSW would like to hear from members who are willing to assist at the negotiation table with CPSU NSW Union Officials. CPSU-NSW will need to formulate a Log of Claims to table at future negotiations. The Log of Claims is what members would like added or fixed in the current Enterprise Agreement. Please view your current Enterprise Agreement HERE and put the changes you would like into the survey below.

Once the survey has been completed and results correlated the CPSU NSW will arrange member meetings at all locations to discuss with members before finishing the Log of Claims to present with Coal Services Bargaining Representatives.
