The CPSU NSW has been contacted by TAFE NSW regarding the Bankstown campus. During the construction of a new hospital on the current campus site, the TAFE will relocate temporarily to a location to be announced.
It is anticipated the temporary site will not be far from the current site and there will be minimal disruption to transport and services.
More information will be released closer to the commencement of the consultation process under the workplace change clauses in the enterprise agreements.
TAFE NSW has noted that there is currently no intention of any restructure including the disestablishment of any positions.
