Federal Government Funding Increase for TAFE
The CPSU NSW welcomes the Albanese Government’s $3.81b investment to the VET sector.
NSW is set to benefit from a $1.055b injection of funds, enabling NSW to complete significant reform to the skills and training sector. This comes as the NSW government is in the process of a state VET review which is aiming to place TAFE NSW at the heart of the VET system and the CPSU we will be seeking to meet with TAFE in relation to this announcement.
