Water NSW: Update from the Enterprise Agreement Bargaining Group
The Enterprise Agreement Bargaining Group are pleased to report that approvals have progressed on the WaterNSW Enterprise Agreement 2023. Employees will be provided with access to the agreement and other relevant materials in the period between 18 and 25 September 2023. The vote is scheduled to run between 25 and 29 September 2023.
As a summary, the WaterNSW Enterprise Agreement includes:
- A 3-year Enterprise Agreement.
- An increase of 4 percent to base rates of pay and a 0.5 percent increase to superannuation in each year of the agreement.
- Back pay to 1 July 2023.
- No change to the current Performance Pay arrangements, with a payment of up to a maximum of 3.4 percent each year. Performance Pay measures and targets will continue to be determined on an annual basis in consultation with the PCG.
