Managers Enterprise Agreement Commencement of Bargaining
On Friday 1 September 2023, TAFE NSW issued to the CPSU NSW and employees the Notice of Employee Representational Rights (NERR) to commence negotiations for the TAFE Commission of NSW TAFE Managers Enterprise Agreement 2023 (EA).
The CPSU NSW will liaise with TAFE NSW to coordinate the first negotiation meeting.
All Managers who are CPSU NSW members are encouraged to contact CPSU NSW Industrial Officer Michael Cope at to voice their opinion and concerns as to what amendments are needed in the new EA.
The CPSU NSW will shortly compile a Log of Claims to take to TAFE NSW for negotiations.
