CPSU NSW update: TAFE NSW Enterprise Agreement Negotiations

Enterprise Negotiations Kick Off – Interest Based Bargaining Committee

The CPSU NSW and TAFE  NSW representatives met with Commissioner Matheson on 3 July 2023 to confirm a preliminary agenda for Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) training and future negotiations meetings for a successor agreement to the TAFE Commission of NSW Administrative, Support and Related Employees Enterprise Agreement 2022.

Training for the IBB process is mandatory for all bargaining representatives involved and will be held on 17 July at a venue to be confirmed. Representatives from TAFE NSW and the TAFE DC will be in attendance.

Prior to this training the CPSU NSW will distribute a list of interests  for the consideration of parties and the Commissioner in a hope to amicably reach consensus on amendments to clauses.

If there are specific concerns with the current EA, please email with the subject line “TAFE EA Interests” by COB 14 July 2023.

We will update members as negotiations progress.
