Transgrid Enterprise Bargaining about to commence


Your current Enterprise Agreement nominally expires on 1 December 2023. The terms of the Agreement require that bargaining for a new agreement starts three months prior to this expiry.

We expect that Transgrid will be taking steps to formally notify the beginning of bargaining soon.

In preparation, the CPSU NSW invites its members to contribute ideas about what they think is a fair and reasonable pay rise, and what conditions they would like to see included and/or changed in the new Agreement. These ideas will be incorporated into a Log of Claims (LOC) which will be served on the employer.

Please complete the survey HERE to contribute your ideas about the pay and conditions you would like in your new agreement, and to express an interest in being a CPSU NSW bargaining representative.

The survey will be open until close of business Friday 28 July 2023. It will only take a few minutes to complete.
