Dealing with Workplace Issues: University Professional Staff


The CPSU NSW is holding a one-day training session for university members and Delegates  interested in the Dealing with Workplace Issues course. It will be held at PSA House on Friday 21 July 2023 and you are invited to attend!

What is the Dealing with workplace issues course about?

This course equips new Delegates and interested members with skills and knowledge to assist members facing disciplinary action or experiencing workplace bullying. You will learn to apply the problem-solving framework when resolving members issues. You will be able to share and apply knowledge of rights and entitlements. You will develop plans when helping members with workplace disciplinary actions or bullying.

As numbers are limited, we encourage you to apply by 12:00pm on the 7 July 2023 by emailing and stating in the subject line Dealing with workplace issues University 21 July 2023.

When you have emailed and are accepted, CPSU NSW will send a letter of release to your Employer under your relevant Enterprise Agreement. You will also receive a calendar invite confirming your enrollment.

Lunch will be provided on the day.
