Thank you to all who attended the members meeting to discuss the University’s salary offer.
For those who could not attend, it is the opinion of the bargaining team that there is no point in going back to bargaining to ask for an improved offer without it being backed by strike action.
Therefore the issues are: are you willing to accept the salary offer or take strike action to try to move the university’s offer.
