TAFE NSW have advised the CPSU NSW of the results of the ballot undertaken regarding the TAFE Managers Enterprise Agreement. The results are as follows:

| TOTAL ‘YES’ VOTES | 538 (86%) |
| TOTAL ‘NO’ VOTES | 87 (14%) |
This means that the EA has been supported by a majority of employees at TAFE.
TAFE NSW will now lodge a copy of the Enterprise Agreement with the Fair Work Commission, who will review and ultimately approved the document. This process can take a number of weeks. The union will advise members when this occurs.
