Aware: CPSU NSW information and bargaining update

Leadership at Aware Super is attempting to cultivate a reputation as the best place to work in the sector, despite the superior conditions at unionised workplaces such as Australian Super and HESTA. The bargaining process, which is happening now at Aware, is where these favourable conditions will come from!

After CPSU NSW members endorsed our Log of Claims (LoCs) in February 2022, there have been two bargaining meetings where the parties have explained their LoCs. Another meeting is scheduled for 16 March 2022. Bargaining is progressing slowly, but we are hopeful that Aware Super will take on board the interests of staff.

In addition, the CPSU NSW has been informed of restructures occurring throughout the organisation, and we would like to hear any concerns that staff may have regarding this proposed restructure.

All Aware Super employees are invited to a CPSU NSW information and bargaining update on Friday 11 March 2022 at 10:00am.
