Aware Super Enterprise Agreement update

As you know, the CPSU NSW has been in negotiation with Aware Super to produce an Enterprise Agreement that preserves the favourable conditions set forth in the various relevant awards, while modernising them. The CPSU NSW and CPSU Victoria have developed a Log of Claims (LOC) that you can find attached HERE for review.

The LOC is our way of communicating to your employer what we want included in the new Enterprise Agreement. The CPSU NSW has coverage of all employees in bands 1-4, excluding non-administration roles in Investments. Our comrades at the Finance Sector Union are part of the negotiation and will produce their own LOC as they have coverage of other classifications.

Our LOC includes a 3.5 per cent salary increase, diverse and inclusive leave arrangements, flexible work practices, and a number of policies that promote gender equity such a pay parity and parental leave.

If CPSU members endorse this LOC, it will become the union’s position in the ongoing negotiation. Your endorsement matters!

Please review the attached drafted LOC and respond to the survey below by Monday 12:00pm AEDT: www.surveymonkey.com/r/AwareSuperLOC

If you know anyone who is not currently a union member, encourage them to JOIN!
