The CPSU NSW has been in consultation with Forestry Corporation NSW (FCNSW) regarding the requirements around the COVID-19 vaccination register. The register is helping FCNSW understand the organisation’s risk, in particular the relaxation of restrictions under the Public Health Orders and the gradual return to the office.
FCNSW requires you to download your vaccination certificate and upload it to its registry.
Your union has raised concerns regarding the privacy and data security of these documents once this has been done. If you are concerned, complete the online form. When it comes to uploading the vaccination certificate – upload a blank document instead. Then contact Organisational Development Business Partner Mo Hannaway and he can “sight” your vaccination certificate via a Teams meeting.
