Your union, the CPSU NSW, recently notified a Dispute with Southern Cross University (SCU) in relation to failure to provide critical documentation such as organisational charts and position descriptions.
SCU has now provided the CPSU NSW with current and proposed organisational charts, as well as more detailed position descriptions.
The CPSU NSW and SCU held a dispute meeting today to discuss issues affecting our members, including recruitment processes, redeployment, matching and workload issues. Progress was made in relation to these issues and the CPSU NSW will advise you when there are any further developments.
