ConnectAbility to back pay 1.75 per cent increase in salaries

Back Pay – Aug 2020 (PDF version)

ConnectAbility has agreed to pay a 1.75 per cent increase in wages following representations from the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU NSW).

The pay rise was awarded by the Fair Work Commission as part of the annual wage review process and was supposed to be paid from the first full pay period on or after 1 July 2020. When ConnectAbility failed to pass on the increase, your union wrote to it to clarify its obligation.

Last week ConnectAbility confirmed with us it will apply the 1.75 per cent pay increase from the next full pay period. The increase will be back dated to the first full pay period from 1 July 2020.

If you have any questions regarding the pay rise, please contact Jessica Moore on 1300 772 679 or via email at .
