Have you ever wanted to become more involved with the union? Now is your chance.

Just this month the CPSU NSW successfully negotiated a new enterprise with TAFE NSW that protects hard-won employment conditions and delivers real increases in pay and superannuation.

The reality is we were only able to achieve this outcome through the dedicated involvement of our CPSU workplace delegates.

If you believe in the benefits of collective bargaining and share our values of decency, fairness and equality at work, then the CPSU NSW strongly encourages you to step-up and get active with your union today.

The CPSUNSW offers professional training to bring you up to speed with everything you need to know to be a great delegate.

Being a delegate entitles you to:

• Paid time to prepare for meetings with management, including consultative committee meeting, meeting with members and other representative functions.
• Special leave paid leave to attend the union’s Annual Conference and Women’s Conference, trade-union training courses, the biennial Congress of the ACTU and a range of other activities.
