Macquarie University and the CPSU NSW are working on a new method of bargaining for your wages and conditions, called “Interest Based Bargaining”.
It’s a new approach for your next Enterprise Agreement, the Legal document that contains your wages and conditions of employment.
The purpose of the meeting is to ask for your input because interest based bargaining seeks to develop employment conditions based on shared interests.
We want you to understand what is happening, and to ensure that members have input into the outcome of these negotiations.
