What do you think about the proposed Enterprise Agreement – We want to hear from you – November 2017 (PDF version)

CPSU NSW wants your opinion on the WaterNSW proposal.

We’ve organised two member teleconferences for:

    Enter this access code: 0189604
  • Wednesday, 29 November – 12:30pm
    To join this teleconference dial:
    Toll-free: 1800904677

We will also conduct a ballot of members to determine the CPSU position if WaterNSW confirms plans to put the proposal to a vote of all employees.

UNION BALLOT

CPSU NSW members collectively decide whether to accept or reject the proposed changes to pay and conditions for members at WaterNSW. This is your chance to decide how you and your fellow members campaign to achieve the outcome members want.

Please consider carefully the proposal by WaterNSW and let your union know how you want it to respond.

Remember, under this proposal many members will be receiving some improvements to conditions, and improvements to salary and progression. However, all members will be seeing some conditions lost, with other members losing more conditions and having their salary be reduced in real terms when compared to CPI.

You can find a draft of the agreement HERE, with the official version to come out in the next few days. The power of the union is the collective power of our members. How members decide to progress collectively will influence the pay and conditions for everyone. But we all need to work together to ensure we get the best outcome for all our members.

If you know how you want to vote, please VOTE NOW. Otherwise attend one of the teleconference meetings scheduled above and VOTE BY C.O.B. Wednesday.
