Following union wins in the Enterprise Bargaining process, several working parties will be created

These working parties will:

  • Develop guidelines in relation to the operation of the deferred salary scheme
  • Develop guidelines in relation to the University framework for responding to and supporting staff members experiencing domestic violence
  • Develop guidelines in relation to the University framework for supporting mature-aged workers, including transition to retirement options and/or strategies
  • Review guidelines in relation to the process of converting fixed-term employment to continuing
  • Review guidelines in relation to the process of employing casual staff
  • Explore access and prioritisation for staff seeking on-campus childcare placements/arrangements.
