Reminder: CPSU NSW meeting notice. Bargaining drawing to an end


All members are invited to a meeting to discuss and endorse the Draft WaterNSW Enterprise Agreement on:

The CPSU NSW has been successful in securing the following:

  • an administrative pay rise of 2.04 per cent back paid from the first full period on or after the first full pay on or after 1 July 2021
  • improved consultation provisions
  • better workplace flexibility and working from home provisions
  • a commitment to review the pay matrix and the next round of bargaining
  • a health and wellbeing clause, that commits WaterNSW to develop comprehensives workplace sexual harassment and WHS processes.

In addition, there is a proposal for there to be a shutdown for two weeks at the end of the year. With an incentive an additional day’s leave for those who reduce their leave balance to four weeks or less by 30 June 2022.

As per the NSW Public Sector Guidelines, this Agreement will be for one year only, expiring on 30 June 2022.
