Rostering under the copied State Award (pdf version)
The CPSU NSW has been contacted by members about the recent document circulated by Northcott entitled “Rostering under the Northcott Enterprise Agreement”. The instructions in this document only apply to Northcott staff covered by the current Northcott EA.
This document does not apply to transferred staff who are covered by the “copied State Award” (the CLA) until a new Enterprise Agreement is made and approved by the Fair Work Commission.
Rostering of transferred staff must strictly adhere with the Rostering Principles in the CLA. Failure to roster transferred staff in accordance with the CLA is a breach of the “copied State Award”.
