Bargaining for a new Enterprise Agreement (EA) at the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has begun.
Your CPSU NSW sits at the bargaining table as representative for our members. We have negotiated many EAs and will always fight for improved workplace conditions that our members bring to us. Our members who work within AHPRA and know what needs to be improved, are best placed to guide us in what to advocate for. And it is our members who make the biggest difference in what can be achieved.
The stronger our membership, the more we can improve your workplace. To make the biggest impact, speak with your co-workers, encourage them to join as they will help raise the bar for all. Speak with other members and make sure to engage with the CSPU, providing feedback and your ideas. Together, we can continue to win better conditions through EA negotiations.
