Aboriginal Land Council NSW: CPSU finalises Log of Claims for your new Enterprise Agreement

Following engagement with members, the CPSU NSW has developed a Log of Claims ahead of the next Enterprise Bargaining meeting with NSWALC set for Tuesday 30 September 2025.

The Log of Claims sets out key issues that CPSU NSW members have raised when it comes to their conditions of employment.

The Log of Claims does not intend to capture every issue, and as per Claim 20 the CPSU NSW reserves the right to raise, withdraw, modify, adjust, or amend existing or additional bargaining items as they may arise during bargaining negotiations and consultation with our Delegates and membership.

Claims include:

  • Negotiated Salary (and allowance) increases guaranteed over the life of the Agreement, with no link to the Australian General Market Survey.
  • Negotiation on the existing classification and salary bands to increase and update them to ensure they remain competitive in the market
  • An increase in the Employer Superannuation contribution in recognition of the increase in the Superannuation Guarantee since the making of the current Agreement
  • The inclusion of Annual Leave Loading in the Agreement
  • Flexible working arrangements include the right to work from home, explicitly addressed in the Agreement
  • Improves to leave, including increased Domestic Violence Leave, Fertility Leave and Reproductive Leave
  • Zero tolerance of all forms of discrimination, bullying and harassment
