WaterNSW Change Management Proposal

Your union, the CPSU NSW was invited to a meeting WaterNSW on 4 August 2025 to be advised of a call for expression of interest for Voluntary Redundancies of some 300 roles.

This announcement and the budget hole that WaterNSW finds themselves in has come as a shock to us and we want to hear from you.

Your feedback on the proposed changes as advised by WaterNSW is important to us and we are scheduling two meetings on Wednesday 6 August 2025.
