On Monday 12 May, the CPSU NSW attended the Fair Work Commission with TAFE NSW regarding the lack of progress and the delays of the current pay rise and finalisation of the Administrative Support and Relevant Employees Enterprise Agreement.
TAFE has reassured the Commission that the amended pay rise is on the Executive Review Committee (ERC) agenda for Friday 16 May 2025.
The parties are reconvening for 19 May at 11:00am to be appraised of the outcome of the ERC meeting.
The CPSU NSW put TAFE on notice of potential industrial action should this not be resolved soon.
