On 28 February 2025, The Vice Chancellor for Macquarie University has notified staff of an initiative referred to as the ‘Blueprint for Academic Workforce Planning.’
While the proposed changes directly affect Academic staff, the CPSU NSW understands that any changes to Academic staff’s working arrangements and conditions can also affect those of the Professional staff who work with them.
We will be holding an online meeting this Thursday from 12 Noon until 1 PM. We encourage any members who may be affected by this change and who have questions or concerns to join us.
