AGL Macquarie Enterprise Bargaining about to begin

Your current Enterprise Agreement nominally expires on 31 December 2023.

AGL Macquarie has contacted the CPSU NSW advising that they want to begin negotiations on a new Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA), starting on 14 June 2023 on a fortnightly basis.

AGL will be formally advising its employees in early June of its intention to start bargaining. (Please see the employer’s communication HERE).

In preparation, CPSU NSW invites its members to contribute ideas about what they think is a fair and reasonable pay rise, and what conditions they would like to see included and/or changed in the new EBA. These ideas will be incorporated into a Log of Claims (LOC) which will be served on the employer.

Please complete the survey HERE to contribute your ideas about the pay and conditions you would like in your new agreement, and to express an interest in being a CPSU NSW bargaining representative.

The survey will be open until COB Friday 9th June 2023, and will only take a few minutes to complete.
