The Career Capability and Remuneration (CCR) Review framework was developed and evolved as part of the Enterprise Bargaining for the 2018 and 2021 Enterprise Agreements.
As part of the commitment for the Peak Consultative Committee (PCC) to review the CCR process and its application, Ausgrid is now consulting with unions as to how the framework can be improved.
