SCOPE preferred to take on Disability Services Australia interests

The CPSU NSW has received advice today from Disability Services Australia (DSA) management that a proposed new owner has been selected to see DSA forward once the administration process is finalised.

The new owner is SCOPE, which is an established Victorian disability provider now expanding its services into NSW.

KPMG has issued an FAQ for employees which you can access to gain more information about SCOPE and the administrators’ report to creditors.

As per our previous Bulletin of 11 November 2021, once the bidder is selected the administrator will be sending a report to creditors which includes you. This will outline the process to date, the selection of the successful bidder and a notice calling the second meeting of creditors to approve the Deed Of Company Arrangement (DOCA).

That report will contain the formal notice of the second meeting of creditors. It will include instructions on how to participate and vote at the meeting. Please read and follow the instructions carefully and only use the link forwarded to you.
