The following is an update for CPSU members on the Enterprise Agreement implementation and the upcoming Joint Consultative meeting with Mercer.
Over the last 18 months your CPSU delegates and Industrial Officials have met with Mercer in the Enterprise Agreement Post Implementation Committee (PIC). The body of work undertaken by the committee has been completed although members have asked the CPSU to raise issues with Mercer for clarification.
Your CPSU Team will be meeting with Mercer in the Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) on the 30 September at 10.00am. The CPSU is proposing to discuss the following with Mercer:
