Recently Northcott sent out a notice of Representational Rights for Enterprise Bargaining to all staff. As a member of the CPSU NSW, the union automatically represents you, negotiating on your behalf for everything, such as all your conditions of employment, entitlements, and pay.
CPSU NSW Assistant Branch Secretary, Troy Wright, spoke about the important role the union plays in representing you during enterprise bargaining at staff videoconferences held on Friday 29 May 2020 and Tuesday 2 June 2020.
Enterprise Bargaining is the process where your conditions and pay are negotiated under the Federal workplace relations systems. However, it is important to remember you are still covered by the Copied State Award until a new Enterprise Agreement comes into force.

During all stages of Enterprise Bargaining the CPSU NSW will be educating, engaging and listening to members about what workplace conditions are important to you. This information will inform what we negotiate on and what we will put to Northcott as a log claims.
