Scope Order Hearing – February 2019 (PDF version)
As many of you would know from our bulletins updating you regarding the Australian Unity bargaining meetings, the CPSU NSW lodged a scope order with the Fair Work Commission on our member’s behalf.
The matter has proceeded, both the CPSU NSW and Australian Unity have lodged their evidence with the hearing to take place on 26 February 2019.
We understand how important this issue is to members and we will keep you updated and let you know what the decision means for you. Keep a look out.
