Ausgrid relocation of staff in Roden Cutler House update

The Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU NSW) has been engaged in an ongoing dispute with Ausgrid NSW in connection with its proposal to relocate staff at the Roden Cutler House worksite from level 9 to level 2.

Ausgrid has acknowledged the dispute raised by CPSU NSW has not been resolved and has undertaken to temporarily halt the transfer of staff from level 9 to level 2 until such time as the dispute has been resolved.

CPSU NSW continues to hold the position that members have not been afforded adequate consultation; that there are numerous issues surrounding the proposed workstation arrangement; and that the number of staff being placed in the level 2 workstations exceeds the safe number that should be accommodated.

CPSU NSW has advised Ausgrid it considers this dispute still ongoing and has requested that the relocation be halted until the concerns for members’ safety and comfort at the Roden Cutler House have been addressed adequately.

You can help your union have a strong voice for its members by asking your employees to JOIN the CPUS NSW at https://membership.psa.asn.au/Register

Please note that CPSU NSW members are also members of the Public Service Association. The PSA is the Associated Body for, and resourcing, CPSU NSW.
