As members know your union won the right to continue representing you following the transfer to Australian Unity in 2016.
Now that you have moved into the federal industrial relations system you transferred into our federal branch which is called the Community and Public Sector Union (SPSF Group NSW Branch). This is a national union registered under Commonwealth legislation.
You will receive the same excellent service with the CPSU from the same industrial staff but will now come under the CPSU banner.
The CPSU is aware that there are continuing issues around the transfer and cut-over in Australian Unity workplaces across NSW. CPSU staff have met with your delegates and will be seeking consultation around these issues with Australian Unity Management over the coming months.
